Sometimes, our Anxiety is what is keeping us up and not necessarily a sleep disorder. Common symptoms of anxiety include inability to relax, feeling scared, fear of loosing control, shortness of breath and more. There are several types of anxiety conditions, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) is usually considered an anxiety disorder.
