Training Services for Psychotic Disorders

I am extremely passionate about helping persons diagnosed with persistent severe mental illness. I will work with your organization to develop a training and/or consultation program that fits your health organization's needs and work within your budget to the best of my ability. I am also available for 1:1 consultation for other providers working with challenging patients diagnosed with a psychotic disorder.

I completed an APA-accredited postdoctoral specialty fellowship in psychotic disorders and dissemination of evidenced-based treatments at the San Diego VA/UCSD program. I am certified in Social Skills Training (SST) for schizophrenia. I was formally training in Cognitive Behavioral Social Skills Training (CBSST) for schizophrenia by Dr. Eric Granholm (developer of CBSST) during my postdoctoral fellowship. I also received formal training under Dr. Dimitri Perivoliotis in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for psychosis (CBT-p) during my postdoc. I have experience working in forensic mental hospitals, including program development of services. I have given numerous trainings to staff at hospitals where I have worked on empirically-based psychosocial interventions for persons with psychotic disorders.
